Painted steel grating is made by arranging load-bearing galvanized flat steel and crossbars at a certain interval, and welding them into a raw plate using automated machinery with resistance welding on a 150-ton hydraulic press. It is then processed through cutting, punching, and edging. The common spacing for the load-bearing flat steel is 40mm or 50mm; the crossbar spacing is generally 60mm or 150mm, but can be customized according to customer requirements.
