Compared to ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel grating, heavy-duty steel grating has a significantly higher load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for platforms and docks housing large equipment. Its shape and characteristics are similar to ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel grating, but its weight can reach several hundred kilograms.
Heavy-duty steel grating platforms are characterized by their extremely high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. For applications requiring superior slip resistance, serrated steel grating platforms are recommended. These provide better friction and are particularly suitable for locations with heavy loads and frequent traffic. The press-lock manufacturing process effectively prevents tilting and instability of the load-bearing flat bars, avoiding deformation.
