The production of welded steel gratings mainly relies on two processes: manual welding and automatic welding. Manual welding, operated by hand, can flexibly handle the production of steel gratings of various complex shapes and sizes, but its production efficiency is relatively low. Automatic welding, on the other hand, utilizes automated equipment and preset programs to achieve efficient and precise welding, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality consistency. During the welding process, strong weld points are formed between the flat steel and the hemp steel (or flat steel), ensuring the overall strength and stability of the steel grating.
