Manufactured through a press‑locked or swage‑locked process, this aluminum T bar grating eliminates the need for welding entirely. Thanks to the T‑profile, surface gaps can be as small as 5 mm, which prevents high heels or small objects from falling through yet still allows good ventilation and light transmission. Typical alloys include 6061‑T6 or 6063‑T5, offering high strength, low weight (about one‑third that of steel), and outstanding corrosion resistance.
