Q: Can the product be used in forklift or heavy vehicle passages?
A: No. the product is designed for pedestrian and light industrial loads (1.5–7.5 kN/m²), and its bearing capacity cannot meet the impact and pressure of heavy vehicles. For example, a 40×5 mm specification the product with 30 mm spacing can only meet the use of pedestrian and small handcart passages, and will deform or damage under forklift rolling. It is not recommended for heavy vehicle traffic lanes.
Q: How to choose the surface treatment of the product for coastal humid environment?
A: Anodized surface (10–25 μm) is recommended. For example, in coastal rooftop access or offshore platform applications, anodized the product forms a dense protective film on the surface, which has better salt spray corrosion resistance than mill finish.
