Description

Our rectangular bar grating is a widely used building component with high bearing capacity and excellent anti-slip performance. It is widely applied in industrial platforms, walkways, stair treads, trench covers, fences and suspended ceilings. The compressive strength is not less than 100MPa. We use high-quality flat steel and cross bars with stable structure and long service life. We support customized mesh size, thickness and material to fit different load and environment requirements.

Application & Specification Guide

1. Heavy-duty Applications (forklift/truck traffic, heavy platforms)

Load: ≥10kN/㎡

Flat bar: 50×5/60×6/80×8mm, spacing 20/30mm

Cross bar: φ12mm, spacing 100mm

Stiffener for width >1000mm or span >3m

Recommended: 60×6mm + φ12mm, 30×100mm mesh, hot-dip galvanized

2. Light-duty Applications (ceiling, fence, vent cover, light trench cover)

Load: ≤2kN/㎡

Flat bar: 25×3/30×2mm, spacing 40/50mm

Cross bar: φ6/φ8mm, spacing 150/200mm

Recommended: 25×3mm + φ6mm, 40×200mm mesh, cold galvanized/painted

3. High-corrosion Applications (chemical, marine, acid/alkali)

Materials: 304/316L stainless steel, FRP

Stainless: 304 flat bar 30×3/40×5mm + φ8/φ10mm round bar, 40×100mm mesh

FRP: thickness 30–50mm, mesh 38×38/50×50mm

4. Anti-slip Applications (oily/wet walkways, high-altitude platforms)

Serrated flat bar: tooth height 2–3mm, anti-slip coefficient ≥0.8

Optional rubber anti-slip strips
