Product Classification
Based on the insertion method and angle, plugged steel grating can be divided into the following four categories:
1. Pressure-Type plugged steel grating
Process: After slotting the load-bearing flat steel, the crossbar flat steel is press-locked into shape.
Specifications: Maximum processing height 100mm, length usually less than 2000mm.
Features: Simple structure, suitable for ordinary load-bearing scenarios.
2. Heavy-Duty plugged steel grating
Process: High-strength flat steel and crossbar flat steel are pressed together under 1200 tons of pressure.
Features: Extremely high load-bearing capacity, suitable for places with large spans and high loads (such as industrial platforms, heavy equipment walkways).
3. Integral plugged steel grating
Process: The load-bearing flat steel and crossbar flat steel have the same height, and the slot depth is 1/2 of the load-bearing flat steel.
Specifications: Height not greater than 100mm, length less than 2000mm.
Features: Strong structural integrity and high stability.
4. Sunshade-type plug-in steel grating
Process: 30° or 45° inclined grooves are cut into the load-bearing flat steel, and the grooved flat steel is press-locked into shape.
Features: Combines sunshade function, suitable for scenarios requiring ventilation and lighting (such as subway ventilation windows, building ceilings).
